Healthy Habits: Digital Wellness Journals

Welcome to the Healthy Habits: The 8 Dimensions of Wellness digital journal collection!

This program, piloted in collaboration with Extension Educator Jaci Foged and Julie Jones-Branch from Lincoln Littles, is supporting local early childhood workforce programs on their journey toward well-being. Over the course of this 1-year initiative, early childhood professionals are learning to take small, sustainable steps toward building healthy habits.

Each month, you'll find a fillable PDF with helpful prompts and daily quotes to inspire your wellness journey. These journals, meant to be filled out daily, are part of a larger community experience that includes Zoom wellness sessions, mindful movement, peer partnerships and hydration trackers to help support your progress.

Tips for Completing Your Fillable PDF Journal

  1. Download the file to your device.
  2. For best results, use Adobe Acrobat (available for free at Adobe Acrobat Reader) to fill out your journal.
  3. Fill in your journal by completing the prompts and adding any additional information you like.
  4. Save the file after filling it out to ensure your progress is saved.
  5. When you're ready to continue, simply find the file on your device and open it again to fill out the next day. You can save and update the file as you go!
