Local Insect Diagnostic Services

Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County offers free insect and spider diagnostic services, including identification and management recommendations. Residents may mail or bring their samples to 444 Cherrycreek Road, Suite A, Lincoln, NE 68528 during office hours M-F, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please address any envelopes to Kait Chapman. You may also email photos to kchapman13@unl.edu. Please submit this Insect Specimen Submission form with any samples. Paper forms are at the office.

Pollinator Habitat Live Cam

Just north of our office, we've created a habitat to help promote an awareness for native pollinators. Of course, other wildlife also use the habitat. We have a live web cam on the habitat. This educational site will continue to grow and change through the seasons.
