Fill out the form if you wish to have nutrition kit supplies delivered to your school and/or if you wish to have an Extension staff member teach a lesson in your classrooms. These kits are administered through Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County. There is a small fee, which covers expenses for expendable materials such as worksheets, science experiment supplies and food. The average cost of a kit is $25/classroom and includes all materials needed to implement the program. Supplemental lessons taught by an Extension staff member may come at an additional fee.
