Conference Room Reservation Application

TO RESERVE CONFERENCE ROOM(S): 

1) Read through the conference room policies and other information to ensure they will work for you.
2) Call the Extension office at 402-441-7180 to determine room availability. 
3) Complete this application and submit no later than two days prior to the event. Submission will confirm you are reserving the room(s) and officially hold the date & time. 
4) Extension staff will email confirmation of receipt.

Please request all times in half-hour increments. Include any preparation and cleanup time, if needed.

Note: All catered food to be served in front lobby foyer only. NO food or beverages in rooms set up with chairs only.

Note: All rooms have a podium with a microphone, multimedia projector and projection screen. If you wish to connect to the projector, we will provide an HDMI or VGA analog (DE-15) cable; you must bring your own laptop. We do not provide other types of dongles/adapters for HDMI or VGA connectors.
