2025 spring leader packets have been mailed to club leaders and independent member families. The contents are also posted online here, except for the club membership rosters.

Dear 4‑H Organizational Leaders and Independent Members:

The Lancaster County Super Fair will be here before we know it! For 4‑H members, that means working on projects to enter. For leaders and parents, that means helping members keep track of entry forms and deadlines. This packet includes helpful information about exhibiting in 4‑H at the Lancaster County Super Fair. The following enclosures are included:

LEADER’S CHECKLIST FOR LANCASTER COUNTY SUPER FAIR

• MEMBERSHIP ROSTER
     - Club leaders — carefully review your club roster to ensure all 4‑H’ers listed are members of your 4‑H club. Currently enrolled 4‑H club leaders can access their 4‑H club’s roster via 4‑H Online at https://4honline.com by emailing lancaster4H@unl.edu or calling 402‑441‑7180 to receive a password. If changes are needed, only parents/guardians and Extension staff can make changes through 4‑H Online. If you have any questions, contact 402‑441‑7180 or lancaster4H@unl.edu
    - Independent members — review your information via 4‑H Online at https://4honline.com.

4‑H MEMBER & LEADER ONLINE ENROLLMENT INFORMATION/ALL 4‑H LEADERS MUST BE RESCREENED — All 4‑H members and leaders must re-enroll for the 2024–2025 4‑H year by going to https://4honline.com. In order to ensure a safe environment for all 4‑H youth, all 4‑H leaders must: 
    - Be rescreened (takes approximately 5 minutes and a screening fee of $17 per person).
    - Complete the “Volunteer Orientation” (takes approximately 45 minutes).
