Lancaster County 4-H Teen Council Scholarship Application

Designed for Lancaster County 4-H members active in Teen Council who are planning to enroll in any post-secondary educational institution. 

Each year, Lancaster County 4-H Teen Council awards up to five $300 scholarships for graduating seniors enrolled in the Lancaster County 4-H program and active in 4-H Teen Council. The basis for selection appraises the variety and depth of Teen Council activities.  Applicant must help with at least one major activity during their senior year. 

Recipients will be announced at Lancaster County 4-H Achievement Celebration (usually held in February). 

Conditions of acceptance: Seniors must plan to enroll in post-secondary education immediately following graduation from high school. Scholarship money will be awarded when the candidate has shown he/she is a full-time student in good academic standing, has completed one semester, quarter, or block of classes (depending upon the school’s academic schedule) post-graduation, and has enrolled for an immediate second term.
