Each year, Lancaster County 4-H presents Outstanding 4-H Member Award(s) to youth in grades 11–12 who have excelled in their involvement with the Lancaster County 4-H program. The basis for selection appraises the variety and depth of 4-H activities.

Recipients will be announced at Lancaster County 4-H Achievement Celebration (usually held in February).

Nominations may be made by 4-H leaders, parents or friends. They may also be self-nominated.
