Lancaster County 4-H & FFA Livestock Boosters Scholarship Application

Each year, the Lancaster County 4-H Livestock Boosters award two $500 college scholarships. 

Scholarship eligibility is for high school seniors enrolled in Lancaster County 4-H or FFA programs, and planning to enroll in any post-secondary educational institution. 

Open to all Lancaster County 4-H & FFA seniors, but preference to those who have exhibited production livestock in 4-H or FFA.

Recipients will receive a letter prior to the Lancaster County Super Fair and are strongly encouraged to attend the Lancaster County 4-H & FFA Livestock Premium Auction at the fair to be recognized and receive their certificate. A portion of the proceeds from the Livestock Premium Auction funds these scholarships. 

Conditions of acceptance: Seniors must plan to enroll in post-secondary education immediately following graduation from high school. Scholarship money will be awarded when candidate has shown he/she is a full-time student in good academic standing, has completed one semester, quarter, or block of classes (depending upon the school’s academic schedule) post-graduation,  and has enrolled for an immediate second term.
