Important: Fill out the form below ONLY to request kits for Lincoln Public Schools Title 1 (50% or greater free or reduced lunch count) elementary schools in Lincoln, Nebraska. These kits are administered through the Nutrition Education Program in Lancaster County and Nebraska Health and Human Services, funded through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program federal grant.
