Courtney Eitzmann, Extension Assistant

Nutrition Education Program for Lancaster County

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and will graduate with her Master of Applied Science in Community Development in December. She is funded by SNAP-Ed and EFNEP, which are two grant sources that focus on reaching limited resource populations in our community through direct education programs and Policy, Systems and Environmental (PSE) approaches. Courtney enjoys building relationships with community partners and participants in her programs in order to build a healthy community.
