What Is "Pyramid Power"?

Pyramid Power is a game that promotes healthy eating based on the Food Guide Pyramid. Players mark squares on a game card according to the number of healthy food practices they follow. Pyramid Power creates an awareness of how good nutrition can help make you a winner.

Who Can Play?

Anyone ages 9 to 109 in any size group or as a single-player

Where Can It Be Used?

· Youth gatherings · Health Fairs · Schools
· Senior dining sites · Work Sites · Wellness programs
· Adult gatherings

What Makes Pyramid Power Unique?

  • There's no need to ever order supplies. Use a standard copier to reproduce all materials: game cards, questions, Food Guide Pyramid fact sheets, checking chart and promotional flyers.

  • Single Player Version and Group Version included with each game.
