It
has been nearly a year since an F4 tornado tore apart
the small community of Hallam, Nebraska, Norris Public
Schools and many rural homesteads in its path.
It
looks like this spring is going to be just as challenging
for many Nebraskans. Tornados, heavy rains, hail and
flooding has impacted many communities this past week.
As
we reflect on the anniversary of the "Hallam
Tornado", it is a good time to review the preparation
you need to survive such storms.
