In 2004, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released a list of the top 20 antioxidant-rich foods in a study of over 100 commonly consumed foods. Cranberries ranked #6!

The antioxidants in foods like cranberries may help increase our immune function and protect against cancer and heart disease.
