At the 2005 Lancaster County Fair, Lancaster County 4-H offered a new exhibit category: Internet Wallpaper & Screensaver.

Open to any 4-H member enrolled in a photography project, this category showcases the photography talents of Lancaster County 4-H'ers by making top photos available on the Lancaster County 4-H Web site. The four photos selected at the 2005 Lancaster County Fair won purple ribbons, meaning they were judged to be of superior quality.

Directions for Mac OS X: Click on pixel-size of photo you wish to download. When full-size image has fully loaded, drag the image to your desktop. In your "System Preferences," select "Desktop." Locate and click on image file.

Directions for Mac OS 9 or lower: Click on pixel-size of photo you wish to download. When full-size image has fully loaded, drag the image to your desktop. In your "Control Panel," select "Appearance" or "Desktop Picture." Locate and click on image file. Select "Set Desktop."

Photography is one of more than 150 projects offered by Nebraska 4-H (project list). The 4-H photography project is a favorite for many Lancaster County 4-H members -- currently, more than 300 youth ages 8-18 are enrolled in the project. Many of these youth exhibit their photographs in the 4-H Photography area at the Lancaster County Fair.
