The movie does take a little while to load over a dial-up connection. There isn't a "count down" - the movie will appear in the box below when fully loaded - (458KB). It is worth the wait if you want to see a chicken embryo move INSIDE an egg. While waiting for the movie to load, read about what you'll see and view photos below.

When the movie starts - here is what you'll see: This embryo is eleven (11) days old (photos below). When you watch the movie, see if notice:
- The air sac inside the egg.
- The 11-day old chicken embryo (see how much bigger it is than the 6-day old embryo) moving inside the egg. The movements are much stronger than the 6-day old embryo!
- A network of blood vessels (appears orange in the light)
Problems Viewing the Video: Check to make sure you have Windows Media Player and the right plug-ins. This is a test movie and we will continue to work on a format that most everyone can view easily so if you can't get it this time, check back. MAC users: Try using Apple's Quicktime Plug-in
